Annual Spaghetti Dinner Night Concert & Fundraiser 2025!

This event is a beloved tradition in our community, featuring delicious spaghetti dinner, accompanied by live musical performances from our talented student musicians. In addition to the entertainment, we will be holding a silent auction with a variety of items, including gift certificates, handmade crafts, and one-of-a-kind experiences. All proceeds from the event will go to support the Instrument Music Program at South Pasadena High School. Whether you’re a music lover, foodie, or just enjoy coming together with friends and neighbors for a good cause, this event is for you. WBA 4A/5A Championships – 11/19/22

Band, Color Guard, Competitions, WBA / June 27, 2023

  The SPHS Tiger Marching Band and Color Guard competed in WBA 4A/5A Championships at Riverside City College on Saturday, November 19, 2022, which is their 6th, or last competition of the year. They received a score of 77.025. Congratulations to all the Tigers for working hard together to put on such a wonderful show and completing a successful season! Friends and Family Night – 11/16/22

  On Wednesday, the SPHS Marching Band and Color Guard got to perform at home before heading to the final competition at Riverside. Parents, grandparents, siblings, and friends had a chance to learn how they practice, and enjoy the full length show. WBA Regional Championships- 11/12/22

Band, Color Guard, Competitions, WBA / November 21, 2022

  The SPHS Tiger Marching Band and Color Guard competed in WBA Regional Championships – Trabuco Hills Tournament in the Hills at Mission Viejo, on Saturday, November 12, 2022, which is their 5th competition of the year. They received a score of 76.975, a jump of 6.55 points from their last competition. SoCal Super Show – 10/29/22

Band, Color Guard, Competitions, WBA / November 3, 2022

  The SPHS Tiger Marching Band and Color Guard competed in WBA SoCal Super Show at El Camino College, Torrance, on Saturday, October 29, 2022, which is their 4th competition of the year. They received a score of 70.4256, a jump of almost 7 points from their last competition. They are continuing working hard to improve their music and visuals. We are looking forward to their bigger achievements in the coming Regional Championships and the final WBA Championships. Go Tigers! SoCal Tournament of Gold – 10/22/22

Band, Color Guard, Competitions, WBA / October 27, 2022

  The SPHS Tiger Marching Band and Color Guard took a long journey to Vista Murrieta High School and competed in WBA SoCal Tournament of Gold on Saturday, October 22nd. It was a rainy and windy day. The band overcame all the difficulties and presented their full program for the first time. They received a score of 63.600, and placed second in division 4A. Go Tigers! Ayala Music in Motion – 10/08/22

Band, Color Guard, Competitions, WBA / October 27, 2022

  The SPHS Tiger Marching Band and Color Guard performed at their first WBA competition on Saturday, October 8th in the Ayala Music in Motion Tournament. At this event, the band received a score of 64.650, and placed fifth in division 4A. Following the performance, the band and color guard members celebrated Homecomping dressed up, with desserts provided by the Music Boosters, and music. The competition was an overall strong start to the WBA season, and as always, the band looks to continue to improve for the next competition. Go Tigers! Citrus Valley Classic – 10/01/22

Band, Color Guard, Competitions, WBA / October 17, 2022

    The SPHS Tiger Marching Band and Color Guard performed their program, Paradox, at their first competition of the 2022 season, the Citrus Valley Classic. At this CSBC event at Citrus Valley High School, our band received a score of 69.500, placing third in division 5A. As the band continues to work hard to add a fourth movement and improve visual and musical elements, they look to constantly improve the show throughout the season. Go Tigers! Checklist for new and existing Music Boosters families  Read the Welcome Letter, to have an overview of  the music programs and what to expect from parents and students. Complete the Student/Parent Information Form to let us know how to accommodate and contact you in the future.  Pay for Student Contribution which covers meals, training apparels and other personal items,  following either Marching Band Student Contribution Link,  or Color Guard Contribution Link . You may create an order from our online shop, then pay with PayPal/Credit Card/Venmo, or pay later with Check/Cash/Zelle.  If you prefer to return paper copies of the Information/Contribution forms, please download the forms here.  Check or Subscribe to our Calendar for all the upcoming events.   Join us on Facebook and Band App (required for students) – details are on Contact Us page.  Parents, YOU are needed: please complete the Volunteer Interest Form to let us know you can help.
