On April 27th, 2023, both the Symphonic Band and Orchestra attended the 7th Annual SCSBOA (Southern California School Band & Orchestra Association) Regional Band and Orchestra Festival at Lakeside High School. The Symphonic band was rated “Unanimous Superior”, which is highest rating, while Orchestra was rated “Superior”.
At an earlier local SCSBOA festival, held at La Canada High School on March 17, 2023, the Symphonic Band also received the “Unanimous Superior” rating. The Orchestra received the “Superior” rating while the Concert Band was rated “Excellent”.
