Trabuco Hills High School

10:00   Front Ensemble and Prop managers call time

11:00   Band call

11:15   Pick up uniform

11:45   Load bus

12:00   Depart for Trabuco Hills High School

1:30     Arrive at Trabuco Hills High School, rest room break

1:45     Dress in shoes and pants, grab jacket, hat, plume, gauntlet, instrument

2:30     Move to warm-up area

2:45     Stretching and marching basics

3:00     Music warm-ups and practice

3:30     Meet with front ensemble and battery for full ensemble practice

4:00     Move to field holding area

4:15     Performance

4:30     Back to bus, load props and pit equipment. Do not change out of pants and shoes.

5:00     Dinner

6:30     Change into full uniform. The entire band will go on the field for awards.

7:00     Enter stadium to watch the 5A Bands. 4A bands begin at 5:30.

9:00     Line up, in full uniform, for awards. Look for the sign that says South Pasadena. We will be on side 1, between the 10 & 15 yard lines.

9:30     Awards

10:00   Depart for SPHS

11:30   Arrive at SPHS


Students, you may be picked up by your parents at 4:45pm, after we perform and change clothes. You may have another student take your uniform and instrument back to the band room. However, you are responsible for both items.


If you are riding back to school early with your parent or a parent other than your own, you must submit a written note to me prior to leaving the competition.
